This site is designed as a sharing site, whether your college has a Learning Center or not. Tutors and SI leaders may need a place to share hints and tips on student success or creative ideas that work. Advising Centers may need study strategies for their students. We support student success, no matter what college or school you are at. Here you will find resources on howtostudy for college and specific subject matters as well as how to write for specific courses.
You will have access to a demo site for Essential Study Strategies, which is both a companion site for a textbook and an online course ready to use. This online course is set up in Moodle, a course management system which includes quizzes, discussion forums, activities, glossaries and more.
These resources are particularly pertinent to College Writing Centers, College Learning Centers, tutoring centers, students and faculty interested in student success.
